PHYLLIS TERRELL is currently represented by the Amsterdam Whitney International Fine Art Gallery in New York City, where she recently paticipated in an exhibit entitled "Mosaic Calvalcades." She was represented by Agora Gallery in New York City for 6 years, participating in six group shows. She also participated in the Art Buyers Caravan, sponsored by Decor Magazine, for four years, and has sold her work world wide while exhibiting in over three hundred exhibits. She has had many requests for her limited edition prints from galleries throughout the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Japan. "Her light-filled paintings emanate bliss and purity. The clear colors and uncluttered compositions declare a reverence for nature and its intrinsic, simple beauty, ("Reviews and Previews," Manhattan-Arts).

She has lived in the lovely picturesque mountains of Northeast Georgia for the past 39 years where she began exhibiting and selling her paintings in 1968. She is also the mother of nine children.

Her art training began with Art Instruction Schools, Inc., followed by several oil and watercolor workshops.

Her paintings have been presented in art festivals in many states and more than 3100 pieces have been purchased for private collections.
