Most Indians go on a vision quest. One undertakes a quest when one feels the need, even many times if needed. Here the seeker has chosen a remote spot on the edge of an abyss of the grand canyon. He is making “medicine” over a bowl. The rainbow trailing calls forth his totem animal, the horse, to assist.

The original is oil on panel and has long ago left the stable, but if you could place this Giclee’ next to the original and even I will be fooled.
