A large square painting in mixed media on canvas, the initial charcoal drawing is used as part of the carefully woven textures. You can feel the mathematical structure of the music, and see its geometric progressions with variations. And the musician is woven into the warm lush sounds. The Giclee’ captures its warm tones to perfection rendering the physical layers to perfection. With a touch here and there from the artist it easily passes as an original, especially in a large size.
